Description
As the Chief Product Architect of Blod, I played a pivotal role in developing an innovative application focused on efficient and timely blood donation. During my tenure, I spearheaded the creation of a dedicated dashboard in my final college year, enabling seamless integration with hospital CRM systems to monetize the service. The primary goal was initially geared towards assisting those in need, connecting users with blood donors within minutes. Unfortunately, the founding team later shifted the focus towards monetization. Despite the shift, I dedicated 1.5 years to the project, contributing significantly to the development and implementation of features aimed at optimizing the blood donation process.
